There have been some proposed changes to the CE/RE Senior Design Curriculum for the 2017-2018 academic year. Student leaders in Baskin are holding a meeting next Tuesday, April 11th in E2 room 180 from 5:15-6:30pm, to inform the student body of the proposed changes. We are working with BSOE faculty and staff to ensure the changes are in the best interest of engineering students.
Organizations involved: IEEE, SWE, Tau Beta Pi, SASE, SHPE, ACM, and Amateur Radio Club.
We have drafted a petition to articulate why the students are concerned by the changes, and what student priorities are. We are also distributing a survey to gather data on student interests and to assess viable solutions.
